Start with what fits your week.

The goal is a realistic starting point—not a prescribed diet. The example uses five vegetarian-friendly recipes, with additional options including fish and chicken below. No meal is verified allergen-free, halal-certified, nutritionally complete or priced for your local shops; timings are approximate.

Use this sample plan in three steps

  1. Review the five dinners below. Replace any unsuitable meal with one of the eight alternative ideas further down the page, or with your own recipe.
  2. Check your pantry. The checklist includes approximate amounts for two people per dinner. Cross off what you already have and adjust the rest to your actual portions.
  3. Shop and prepare responsibly. Check package sizes, allergen labels and relevant food-safety guidance. Use your browser’s Print command to save or print the page.

This is a ready-to-use example—not an interactive recipe generator or an individualized diet plan. Automatic meal swapping and shopping-list recalculation are not available on this page.
