Subscription Audit.
Find the true yearly cost of recurring subscriptions. Add the services you use, compare billing cycles, and explore what could change if you decide to stop an optional expense. No login, bank connection, or purchase required.
Make recurring costs visible.
A small monthly price can be easy to overlook, especially when services renew on different dates. This planner converts periodic costs into an estimated annual total. It does not access your bank accounts or determine what you should cancel.
Amounts are kept in one selected currency. Changing this label does not exchange or convert prices. Enter prices already denominated in the selected currency.
Up to 12 entries. Weekly amounts use an approximation of 52 payments per year; quarterly 4; monthly 12; yearly 1. Include taxes or fees in each amount if you want them counted. This isn’t an accounting or tax service.

Decide thoughtfully, not automatically.
The goal is awareness, not to cancel everything. Consider how often you genuinely use the service, what benefits it provides, whether you share it with others, and any cancellation terms. A recurring service can be worthwhile even when it is expensive.
Can this cancel my subscriptions?
No. This tool has no connection to subscription providers and cannot cancel a charge. Contact each provider using its official process and check any commitment, notice, or cancellation fees.
Why can monthly equivalent differ from the actual charge date?
The tool distributes the estimated annual amount equally across twelve months for comparison. Real renewal schedules, leap years, exchange rates, billing changes, taxes and occasional fees can create different cash-flow patterns.
What if a family member pays a portion?
Enter the amount you personally expect to contribute if you want a personal overview. Don’t double-count a shared bill and don’t input another person’s private financial information.
