When permitted by your browser, checkmarks are saved only in this browser’s local storage, not sent to Better Lifestyle. Clearing browser data, using private mode, or changing devices may erase them. Nothing is saved to an account. Download a JSON backup if you want to restore your checkmarks on another device. Backups contain only selected day numbers and a date; keep the file private. Importing replaces your current checkmarks after confirmation. Browser privacy tools and normal site analytics may still apply to page visits.

Make it work for real life

  • Start anywhere. The day numbers are suggestions, not calendar dates.
  • Choose the gentler option. Trying a smaller version counts just as much.
  • Respect your capacity. A skipped day is information, not failure.
  • Keep it private. Avoid entering passwords, medical information or personal identifiers.
  • Repeat what’s useful. You do not need to finish all 30 days to benefit.

This is an educational planning activity, not medical, mental-health or financial treatment. Adapt it to your circumstances.

Choose your next small action

Want to repeat an action as a weekly goal? Each day offers a Plan this in Studio button when scripting is enabled. It transfers a suggested title into the Studio’s editable goal form in this tab; nothing is saved until you explicitly opt in and select Save goal.

Open a week and tick anything you tried. The related Better Lifestyle links give you additional guidance when you want it.
